5. Website Development Service Terms

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
We may require hosting/admin access.
Clients must maintain backups before work starts.
Once work begins, no refund is provided unless Webintez officially confirms the project is undeliverable from our end.
No refund for delays caused by missing content, late responses, or scope changes by the client.

6. Digital Marketing Service Terms

Digital marketing performance varies due to region, market competition, ad platform behavior, and audience response.
You agree that:

Lead numbers are not guaranteed.
A ₹5000 budget may result in more, equal, or fewer than 100 leads depending on region and audience.
Lead fluctuations cannot be used as grounds for refunds or disputes.
Ad platform charges (Meta, Google) are non-refundable.
Results vary daily and are not guaranteed.

7. Payments

Processed securely through third-party gateways.
We do not store card details.
Prices may change without notice.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Website Development

Refunds are issued only if Webintez agrees that the project is not deliverable from our side.
Refunds will NOT be given if:

The client cancels voluntarily.
The client causes delays.
Required content/information is not provided.
Scope changes mid-project.
Third-party purchases (domain, hosting, plugins) are involved.

8.2 Digital Marketing

No refunds will be issued for:

Lead count variations
Low lead quality
Regional performance differences
Market shifts
Daily campaign fluctuations
Issues caused by client accounts or restrictions

Advertising spend paid to Meta/Google is always non-refundable.

8.3 Non-Refundable Items

Digital products
Advance payments
Work completed
Setup fees
Monthly retainers
Third-party expenses

9. Account Responsibility

Users must secure their login credentials and are responsible for all actions taken under their accounts. Account sharing is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, images, text, and digital products are owned by Webintez. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer

All products and services are provided as-is with no guarantee of:

Compatibility with all systems
Uninterrupted service

12. Limitation of Liability

Webintez is not liable for data loss, business loss, missed leads, server issues, or third-party failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to Webintez.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violation of Terms.
