Renewal
If you are happy with our premium plans and want to continue you will need to pay after your plan was expired for renew or choose a different premium plan. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting a written request to WebinTez.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the digital product is completely unusable.
If the digital product is unusable, we need time to attempt to fix it. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
5. Support Policy
We offer basic technical support (consultations). For example, we can assist with installing digital products, but we do not provide freelance services.
If you require installation or setup services for products purchased on our website, we recommend seeking assistance from freelancers.
