At Webintez, we are dedicated to resolving any issues you may encounter. Before requesting a refund, please allow us the opportunity to assist you by submitting a support ticket. Our Support Team typically responds within 2-3 hours, and we strive to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of digital products that are instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are considered final. There is no trial period or grace period for our software products, and therefore, refunds are generally not available once a purchase has been completed.

However, we do offer refunds if the product you downloaded is completely unusable.

Please note that refunds will not be issued if you simply decide not to use the purchased product. We are confident in the quality of our offerings and will provide full support to resolve any issues, but we also expect you to fully understand your purchase.

Certain offers may include a non-refundable clause, which will be clearly stated or linked on the offer page.

Refund Exceptions:

Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • Premium Plan : This premium plan offers a comprehensive set of products at a highly competitive price. While you may cancel at any time, we do not recommend purchasing the premium plan for testing purposes.
  • Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable but can be easily canceled at any time through your account settings.
  • Duplicate Refund Requests: Refunds cannot be requested for the same product more than once.
  • Offers and Discounts: Promotions are applicable to future purchases only and cannot be retroactively applied for refunds or partial refunds on previous orders.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product is completely non-functional.
  • The product description was significantly misleading.
  • You have not downloaded any files.

The customer need to submit the return request within 3 days after the product purchase. The refund process will take 2 business days.

In accordance with EU law, you may withdraw from your purchase and receive a refund for any digital content or service purchased on our site within 14 days, provided that:

  1. The digital content has not been downloaded or installed.
  2. We have not commenced work on the requested development project, which includes but is not limited to: SEO services, hosting services, site speed-up services, web development, and plugin development.

Once a digital product has been downloaded and/or a purchased service has commenced, customers immediately lose their right of withdrawal.

We also reserve the right to deny a refund in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind about the purchase.
  • The purchase was made by mistake, and the product has already been downloaded or sent.
  • The purchase was made by someone with legal access to your Payment account, such as an employee or family member.
  • You are unable to install the product.
  • The product is incompatible with your website’s settings or plugins.
  • The product does not meet your specific expectations.
  • The product prompts for a license key or activation code.
  • The installation of the product caused issues on your website.
  • You did not receive the expected level of technical support.
  • You declined to provide our support staff with access to your website to troubleshoot the product.

Additional Notes:

  • You may cancel your account at any time, but please note that there are no refunds for cancellations.
  • If you receive a refund, you are no longer permitted to use the downloaded premium products.
  • If a product remains defective after an update, we may deduct the value of the defect from your refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Regardless of the above, we put our customers first and will work to help you with any issue, with our products, services or your WordPress needs in general.
